Feinstein’s list of banned weapons has ballooned to a whopping 157 name brands covering some 2,200 different types of guns. This has gone beyond a simple so-called “assault weapons ban” to include rifles, shotguns and pistols.

Not only is Feinstein looking to get the ball rolling on the slippery slope that is the complete removal of the 2nd Amendment from the Constitution, she has the hypocritical audacity to make sure that she and other elected officials are exempt from the legislation.
This type of aristocratic “do as I say not as I do” bull is one of the things that found a bunch of colonists tossing off the yoke of British oppression some 200+ years ago. We are not subjects to the whims of our elected officials, to be lorded over by those who believe that there are two America’s. One in which the rules only apply to those who are not in power.
Where does Dianne Feinstein and her gun control cronies get off thinking that they can pass laws disarming the American people yet exempt themselves to laws they don’t care to follow?
That my friends, is TYRANNY. And it is the reason we have the 2nd Amendment to begin with. Who knows how many other laws that the Senator and her cadre of craven controlling con men wish to exempt themselves from once they disarm the people.
We must continue to fight to ensure that never happens lest we become a country of two America’s. One in which those in power are exempt from the law and one in which those who are not must suffer under it.

It’s not about guns anymore; guns are just a stepping-stone. This is about the establishment of a hereditary elite, an aristocracy. They are codifing the existing ruling class into law as a supperior class, as they legislated a “protected class” for the wards of the state, the welfare-voters.

Bob,You are absolutely right. However Hitler first created a “National Gun Registry” to be able to find the weapons. This new legislation has included in it an “end-around” national gun registry. With the proposed required national background checks for all those who wish to still own their firearms. They are also enabling the good doctors to be the equivalent to Hitler’s SS and report others who claim they have guns at home. They are doing this by asking our own children, while we are not present. Instruct your children to direct all questions at their parents or instruct them to say “I don’t know!”

She has always exempted herself. When Mayor of San Fransisco, she tried to get handguns banned from private ownership in that city, while having two pistols on her own carry permit. California state pre-emption blocked her on that one, but a recall effort failed.

If Miss Feinstein’s Bill was passed in November of 1978, it would have done NOTHING to save the lives of Harvey Milk and Mayor Moscone since it was a crazed politician (Dan White) who according to what she proposes would have been EXEMPT from her double standard Bill ! It really gets me that since Feinstein is a half ass democrat that many people lable all democrats as anti 2nd amendment nuts. Just isn’t so. There are many democrats that support the 2nd amendment including myself. Feinstein is not even a particularly popular democrat in California. I’m frankly suprised that she had managed to hold onto her Senate office as long as she has. Don’t paint with too wide of a brush.

1. Write your elected representatives at every level, local state and federal, and express yourselves firmly and without compromise.
2. Join the NRA, GOA and SAF.
3. Spread the word through any medium that’s available to you.
4. Know this: Once our rights are gone, we wont ever get them back
5. Last and most important, pray earnestly for God’s intervention. We will cease to be constitutional republic if the Second Amendment is trampled or abolished. It is the guarantor of all our freedoms.

This is the direction we are headed as a nation. These government nimrods do what they want, because we have let them become to powerful, and I don’t see it turning around. They don’t care what we say, they just ignore it all. There are too many of the nations people that are supported by there programs, and will cow-tow to whatever the government does because most of the issues we are dealing with wont initially affect them. They don’t care about freedom, rights, liberty, or what the constitution was established for. The government has made the morals that made this nation great, an enemy. You name it. Working hard and getting ahead- greedy, healthcare- it’s the right thing to do to just give people things no matter if we can pay for it or not. Just raise taxes again. Gun rights-
Well they just ignore the 2nd amendment. Matter of fact in the news today a professor stated that the constitution in large part is irrelevant today. Those dead guys didn’t know what our day would be like, so lets just do away with it. They have created a large sector of society that is simply ignorant of the constitution, and basically accept anything they tell them. And right now, there is no incentive by those in power to follow the constitution. Unless something changes drastically, and soon, they will do away with the constitution. Right now that’s standing in their way, and mark my words, you will be hearing and seeing more and more talk about the invalidity of the constitution.

Hi guys I am trying to understand why? A background check you guys really want everyone to havea gun. Mmm All you guys know that we had massacre here in Australia. And before you jump down my throat remember our fathers fought in many many wars together side by side. We have laws about guns and what and who is able to own one. The result we have no massacres anymore and we had a few. It’s been at least twenty years so it does work. America I love your country so much but this I have deep trouble understanding, you see the results of your laws and do nothing. Then when someone try’s to do something about it and gets emotional, there is so much anger at him. Why?

Progressives have no real grasp of how the U.S. Constitution works. They gave the U.S. the 16th and 17th Amendments, which were both big mistakes. If we have the right under the U.S. Constitution to keep and bear arms, we should not be required to have permits that dictate whether or not we can open or conceal carry a firearm.
